Hospitalization

Home Visits
If you will be recuperating for a period of time at home, our Visitation Team is available for home visits. We want to encourage and pray with you during this difficult time. Contact Andi Stevens at 260.493.7400 ext. 238.

Extended Care
Our Pastoral and/or Visitation Team will visit you or your loved one in a nursing home. For more information about receiving a visit or if you are interested in becoming a part of our Visitation Team, please contact Andi Stevens at 260.493.7400 ext. 238.
