At Blackhawk, we love the opportunity to serve you by providing Bulletin Announcements, Graphic Bulletin Inserts, and / or Verbal Sunday Announcements. To be considered for any of these, we ask that you fill out the Request Form below (all fields are required). Requests need to be received by Tuesday at 5:00 PM.

In addition to the time guideline, we also ask that all announcement requests meet the following requirements:

- All events need to be Blackhawk Ministries events or events
that share the same mission as Blackhawk Ministries.

- While we make every attempt to promote all Blackhawk events
we cannot guarantee announcements (especially true of
verbal announcements).

- Three type of announcements are available: Bulletin only,
Graphic Bulletin Insert and Sunday AM Verbal.

- All announcements will be considered for the web-site.
